Yes, it’s a public event, so you can pop into the shop, buy a book, have it signed & meet the author, as well as have a chat with other readers and writers – and if you get there early enough, there might even be a drink and a nibble left…
SONG OF THE SEA MAID is the story of an orphan girl in C18th London who is educated and becomes a scientist. She defies convention further by travelling to the beautiful Berlengas Islands, Portugal.
She travels further, along the Mediterranean, becoming embroiled in war, the age of sail, love and danger in her search for truth, making a remarkable discovery along the way.
